Official Adidas Belgium goalkeeper long sleeved football shirt from the 2016/17 international season.

This is Adidas’ superior ‘player issue’ version of the jersey. It features lightweight Adizero technology, transfer material Adidas logo and removable elbow pads in the sleeves.

The condition of this original football jersey is 8/10 - Excellent. A few tiny bobbles on the lower front, and a few near the lower front hem (see photos).

Belgium qualified for Euro 2016 with a match to spare in October 2015, and took the top spot in the FIFA World Rankings for the first time in November 2015, to stay first for five months. In the following year, Belgium could not confirm their role as outsider at the European Championship with a quarter-final elimination by the 26th FIFA-ranked Welsh team. 

This prompted the RBFA to dismiss Wilmots. In the 2018 World Cup qualifying allocation, they were seeded first in their group, and made the final tournament under Spanish manager Roberto Martínez, becoming the first European team besides hosts Russia to do so. The team reached an all-time high third place in the World Football Elo Ratings after their win in the round of 16. Belgium was eliminated in the semi-finals by eventual champions France, but won the third place play-off against England.
