The 2007 Football League One play-off Final was played at Wembley Stadium on 27 May 2007, at the end of the 2006–07 season. It was the third League One play-off final since the Football League's 2004 rebranding, the 21st play-off final in all at the third level of English football, and the first of these matches to take place at the rebuilt Wembley.

The match determined the third and final team to gain promotion from League One to the Championship, and was contested by Blackpool, who had finished third during the league season, and Yeovil Town, who had finished fifth. The teams reached the final by defeating Oldham Athletic and Nottingham Forest respectively in the two-legged semi-finals. Robbie Williams and Keigan Parker scored the goals that gave Blackpool a 2–0 victory in the final.
