Official Adidas AC Milan home long sleeved football shirt from the 2004/05 season. Complete with Nesta #13 on the back of the shirt in official lettering, original embroidered Scudetto shield (Serie A champions) patch on the chest, Serie A & six times European Cup winners patches on the sleeves.

This is Adidas' superior 'player issue' version of the jersey, as worn by the players. it features an inner vest sewn to the outer garment.

The condition of this original football jersey is 9/10 - Superb. One small faint mark on the side of the chest / sleeve (see photos). 

Milan's period of success during the 2000’s, came under former player, Carlo Ancelotti. After his appointment in November 2001, Ancelotti took Milan to the 2003 Champions League final, where they defeated Juventus on penalties to win the club's sixth European Cup. 

The team then won the Scudetto in 2003–04, before reaching the 2005 Champions League final, where they were beaten by Liverpool on penalties despite leading 3–0 at half time.
