Official Errea Burnley home football shirt from the 2006/07 season.
Condition of this original football jersey is 8/10 – Excellent. Light wear to the sponsor (see photos).
Burnley made a good start to the 2006–07 campaign, but their form tailed away badly shortly before Christmas, leaving them threatened by relegation. The squad set a club record for consecutive league games without a win, with their game against Luton Town being the 18th one of the season (19 including a cup game), meaning they had gone one fixture further than the 17 league game streak of the 1889–90 season.
The sequence of draws and losses was finally broken in April, as Burnley beat Plymouth Argyle 4–0 at Turf Moor. After that, a short run of good form in the final weeks of the competition saw Burnley finish comfortably above the relegation places, ensuring that they remained in the Championship.
